We at Attendo are now looking for a healthcare assistant for night shifts at Attendo Säteriet.

About the role

We are currently seeking an engaged and responsible healthcare assistant for a permanent night position at Attendo Säteriet. Are you confident in your professional role, comfortable working independently, and eager to help create a safe and secure night for our residents? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

As a night healthcare assistant, you will work together with your colleagues to provide care, nursing, and security to our residents during the quieter hours of the day. You will work with planned care interventions, supervision, documentation, and contribute to ensuring our residents get a good night's sleep and secure care.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Personal care according to the facility's routines, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes.
• Assisting with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed.
• Performing documentation and working based on decided interventions.
• Collaborating with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Healthcare assistant education of at least 1350 credits.
• Professional certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a healthcare assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills/computer literacy.
• Category B Driver's License.

Merits:

• Experience from care work in elderly care.
• Experience with delegation.
