We are looking for support from a temporary property maintenance worker!

As a property maintenance worker, you work closely with our customers – the tenants. You are part of the team that ensures residential areas are intact, clean, tidy, and safe by, among other things, cleaning common areas and courtyards, operating machinery such as tractors and lawn mowers, as well as weeding and trimming hedges.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you have the ability to plan and organize your work in a realistic manner. You can easily foresee problems and create alternative plans. You have good initiative and get things done. Your teamwork skills are strong as you exchange experiences, information, and ideas with others. You learn new practical skills quickly, keep up with technical and digital developments, and can apply this knowledge effectively. You have a good sense of service and strong communication skills.

You can handle unexpected situations with calm and focus. It comes naturally to you to act as a team player and contribute to good collaboration within the team and at Nyköpingshem. Personal suitability is of great importance.

Your Background

You have a high school diploma, preferably with a focus on outdoor maintenance or property maintenance. It is an advantage if you have 1-2 years of experience from property maintenance, outdoor work, or cleaning. Experience working with tractors and ride-on lawn mowers is also advantageous. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing and can communicate in English. You are accustomed to using digital tools. A category B driver's license is a requirement for this position.
