Women's Clinic in Nyköping

Are you a midwife with a genuine interest in the different stages of women's lives?

We are currently seeking a midwife interested in working with pregnancy, contraception, and other aspects of women's health. It is important that you also have an interest in planning and organizing tasks together with the unit manager. You will have your own areas of responsibility.

We are flexible and view each employee's wishes and strengths as an asset. Our midwife clinics are located throughout Region Sörmland, including Nyköping Hospital, certain health centers, and family centers. At our women's clinic, you will become part of a team.

Your Responsibilities

You will work closely with the unit manager. At the midwife clinics, we work with pregnancies, parent education, contraception, telephone advice, cervical screening, and questions related to women's health. A portion of your working time will be dedicated to your own patients.

Our team also includes doctors, psychologists, social workers, and physiotherapists. Together, we strive to ensure that women and parents-to-be have a positive and secure experience during pregnancy and childbirth.

Your Qualifications

You are a licensed midwife, preferably with experience from outpatient care or maternity clinics. Experience with the Cosmic system is desirable. Interest and knowledge of various IT systems, such as TeleQ and 1177, are also meritorious.

As a person, you are independent, empathetic, and organized, with the ability to make decisions. You have a positive attitude towards asking questions and helping others. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
