About the position

We are looking for a nursing assistant (undersköterska) who wants to be an important part of our residents' daily lives. You will work with standard care tasks with a special focus on safe and quality-assured care. The role also includes delegated tasks from the nurse, such as medication administration.

We have three open positions: two day shifts with 75% employment and one night shift.

Please note that Blidösundsgården is located on Blidö, an island in the Norrtälje archipelago. To get here conveniently, you must have a driver's license and access to your own car.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Standard tasks for nursing assistants/care aides.
• Care of residents.
• Documentation.
• Cleaning and laundry.

Our offer

As part of our benefits, we offer a wellness allowance of up to 5,000 SEK per year for full-time employees via Epassi. For part-time employees, the amount is adjusted proportionally based on your employment percentage.

About you

Requirements for the position:

• Trained nursing assistant with certification for the protected occupational title.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license and access to your own car.

Merits:

• Experience working within elder care.
• Experience with mental health issues and dementia diseases.
• Good computer skills as documentation and signing are done digitally.

About us

We welcome you to Blidösundsgården. We have 14 apartments with staff on duty 24/7, year-round. The staff group consists of 14 employees, day and night. The facility has its own cook. Our goal is to create homes that we ourselves would choose to live in. We offer you stimulating work with many memorable meetings with our elderly residents and their relatives. What all our homes have in common is that they are run with engagement and warmth.
