Do you want to complete your Specialist Training (ST) in a large, development-oriented practice with breadth, supervision, and close collaboration between professions? At Vårdcentralen Centrum in Landskrona, you will find a varied and developing ST position where the patient is always the focus.

Vårdcentralen Centrum in Landskrona is a developing health center with approximately 13,000 registered patients, making us one of the largest health centers in Skåne. Here, an engaged cross-professional team works together, consisting of specialist doctors, ST-doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, social workers, psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and dietitians. Three special housing facilities are also attached to the health center, providing good opportunities for continuity and close work with elderly patients.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

As an ST-doctor, you follow your ST plan, and we offer a supportive educational climate with continuous supervision on your path to specialist competence. During the first year, you work at the health center, and during the following four years, you alternate between working at specialist clinics and the health center. You have your own patient list for which you are responsible. In addition to mandatory ST courses, you are offered good development opportunities with continuous internal and external further education based on interest and the needs of the operation.

Furthermore, we expect you to be involved and proactive in improvement work and operational development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you if you are a licensed doctor who has completed your AT (Internship) or BT (Basic Training) with permission to work within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at least equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is also a requirement. Experience from working in primary care is meritorious.

Permanent employment as an ST-doctor may be preceded by a fixed-term employment as a junior doctor for a period of three to six months in accordance with regional guidelines for the appointment of ST-doctor positions within Primary Care.
