We are now looking for you who want to work in one of our home care groups, with one position located in Smedby and one in Långshyttan.

Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant, you play a central role in providing good care and social support to our elderly residents. You contribute to making their daily lives safer, easier, and more meaningful. The duties include among other things:

• Personal care, such as showering, toilet assistance, and support in daily routines
• Cooking, shopping, cleaning, and laundry
• Promoting an active and social life for the elderly
• Documentation in our activity system
• Contact with relatives and other collaboration partners

The work is performed both by car and by bicycle, depending on the assignment and area.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified nursing assistant and have experience working within healthcare and social care
• Hold a valid B-driver's license
• Have delegation for medication and insulin
• Have good computer skills and can document according to current routines
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
• Have the ability to remain calm and act professionally in stressful situations

We place great importance on personal suitability. You will need to provide a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record).
