Your role with us

As an occupational therapist, you are responsible for assessing activity capacity and environmental factors, prescribing assistive devices, providing rehabilitative interventions, and mentoring patients, relatives, and colleagues. You work closely with other professions in the interdisciplinary team, where we together create security and participation for the people we meet.

Development and future

This means, among other things, that we strengthen the health-promoting perspective, work more person-centered, and develop our collaboration forms with both the region and other actors. As an occupational therapist with us, you not only contribute your expertise to healthcare work but also help shape how we organize and develop our work moving forward.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist or a student in term 6, and who have a genuine interest in rehabilitation, activity, and participation. You have a well-developed ability to plan and organize your work, you enjoy working in a team, you see opportunities in change, and you want to actively contribute to the development of primary care practices in line with the vision of Close Care.

Since communication and documentation are part of your duties, you need to be computer literate and able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of documentation in Lifecare HSL, Myloc, and Mina planer is meritorious. A B-class driver's license is required.

Who we are

The operations of the Care Administration are directed towards the elderly and people who need functional support, as well as people who need home healthcare. The operations are functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing homes, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the Assistive Device Center in Eastern Skåne.
