About the Job

Are you a registered nurse who wants to work with future-oriented close care? We are now looking for two nurses who want to make a difference for patients and work to create conditions for as independent a life as possible with good quality of life. The Department of Elderly Care and the Department of Care and Nursing have taken over responsibility for Tre Stiftelsers operations, which consist of the care and nursing residences Änggårdsbacken, Vegahusen, and Otium. The residences have a somatic, dementia, and psychogeriatric focus.

Here, you build long-term relationships with patients and work broadly with various diagnoses, contributing to a varied role. You collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and always have colleagues to consult when needed.

As a nurse, you work independently and have patient responsibility. Your tasks include assessing, planning, and structuring care for individual patients and their relatives based on a person-centered approach. You independently assess and perform medical treatment and nursing interventions. You follow up and document according to current legislation and our quality registers. There is also an opportunity to work in a coordinating nurse role. In this coordinating role, you act as a support to management and colleagues. You are expected to contribute to patient care, supervision, collegial support, and coordination, which includes some administrative tasks.

About You

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and have a B-class driver's license. Previous experience as a nurse is meritorious, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.
