We were founded by individuals who have helped build some of the industry's most established companies, with a clear ambition: to create the world's best assessments for recruitment and development.
In a short time, we have grown far beyond our original goals. Our clients are found within recruitment, tech, finance, consulting, and many other industries, ranging from fast-growing startups to large, well-established organizations. We are now looking for a Sales Executive who wants to build HI together with us.
About the role
As a Sales Executive, you will become one of the key figures in our continued growth. You will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with decision-makers, and helping customers understand how modern assessments can create better hiring, stronger leadership, and more successful organizations. This is a role for you if you like being close to the business, want significant autonomy, and thrive in an environment where things happen quickly, decision-making paths are short, and development is fast.
You will:
- Drive new customer sales from prospecting to signed contract
- Build relationships with HR Directors, Talent Acquisition professionals, recruitment agencies, and executive teams
- Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
- Contribute to developing sales operations as the company grows
- Work closely with founders and leadership in an entrepreneurial team
Who are you?
We believe you are someone who combines business acumen with high energy and strong self-drive. You likely have experience selling solutions to HR, Talent Acquisition, or other decision-makers in the fields of people, organization, and growth. You may come from HR Tech, recruitment, assessments, or related areas. Regardless of your background, you have built an understanding of the market and a network that allows you to build trust and open doors. You are accustomed to creating your own success and thrive in environments characterized by ambition, pace, and entrepreneurial spirit.
