We currently have around 170 employees working across a wide range of professions and areas of expertise. Together, we can make a difference, and we need you to help us get there.
About the Role

What You Will Do
The role is both dynamic and varied, involving both technical work and collaboration with people. You develop viable technical solutions, perform network calculations, and create economic estimates, while operating within a broad network of contacts including landowners, customers, and authorities. Here, you will truly use your problem-solving skills in everyday life – and contribute to finding ways forward when challenges arise.
You will become part of the Project Office, where you work closely with project managers, other preparers, and documentation technicians. Together, you create a strong competence base and an environment where knowledge sharing and development are in focus.

- Good computer skills
- Industry experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of NetBas is an advantage
As a person, you are communicative and thrive in a role where collaboration is a large part of daily life. You build trust by keeping your promises – whether it concerns collaboration with colleagues, customers, or landowners. You have a structured work approach that helps you plan, prioritize, and create order in complex projects, contributing to quality and progress in delivery. At the same time, you encourage innovative thinking and different perspectives to find the best solutions for the future.
