ABOUT THE JOB

Do you want a job where you can combine independence, responsibility, and an important societal function? We are now looking for a driver who wants to become part of our waste collection operations using a side-loader. As a driver with us, you are responsible for collecting household waste within Lycksele Municipality. You work independently on your route, planning and carrying out your daily tasks in a safe and efficient manner. The job involves daily contact with both colleagues and residents, which requires a professional and service-oriented attitude. Although you spend most of your working day behind the wheel, you are an important part of a team where cooperation, communication, and helpfulness are a natural part of everyday life.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Category C driver's license
• Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC/YKB)
• Good experience in truck driving
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills

Training for vehicle-mounted cranes and a Category CE driver's license are meritorious.

Lycksele Avfall och Vatten AB is a municipally owned company established in 2017, responsible for waste, water, and sewage in Lycksele Municipality. The waste department's area of responsibility includes the collection of municipal waste, sludge, packaging, hazardous waste, as well as the operation of Recycling Centers.
