Araslöv, a historic estate now housing a resort in an unbeatable natural setting. A short drive from Kristianstad, you will find a blend of historical and modern facilities where the dining experience is in focus. Here, food is served from morning until evening. At our place, you will meet a warm, welcoming, nature-inspired atmosphere, which is likely one of the main reasons we have so many returning guests. In addition to overnight golfers, conference, wedding, and hunting guests are part of our daily life at Araslöv.

For the 2026 season, we are now looking for serving staff for our restaurant!

Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will work with our breakfast and lunch service, meaning working hours are during the day. We place great importance on the personal meeting with our guests, expecting every day to be filled with a positive and professional attitude. Your role involves, among other things, providing personal service, keeping the restaurant inviting and fresh, being accustomed to working quickly and efficiently, as well as guiding, recommending, and serving food and drinks to our guests.

Your Background/Personal Qualities

You who apply for the position must have previous experience with à la carte serving. As serving staff in our restaurant, you are a cheerful and service-oriented person with a strong ability to contribute to the guests' overall experience. Since it is your responsibility to inform about the food being served and recommend accompanying wines, we desire that you have an interest in food and wine.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and see that you, as a person, have social skills, value guest satisfaction highly, and ensure to always deliver personal service to our guests. You are a team player and flexible when it comes to covering for colleagues with other tasks in the business. At the same time, you have no problem working independently and making good, quick decisions. You are stress-resistant and take on new challenges with a smile.

A manual Class B driver's license is a requirement. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Information and Contact

This position is a seasonal employment with immediate start, lasting until the end of September or mid-October, depending on agreement. The employment degree is 80%. Working hours are during the day and weekends, so it is important that you can work these times.
