We are continuously seeking candidates for future needs in the Knivsta area. The assignments may vary and include roles such as:

• Assembler
• Warehouse Worker
• Machine Operator

The tasks will vary depending on the assignment, but what they have in common is that you will become an important part of the operation where quality, collaboration, and responsibility are in focus.

We are looking for you who thrive working in a structured and methodical way, have an eye for detail, and appreciate clear routines. Many of the tasks can be repetitive, which requires precision and the ability to maintain consistent quality throughout the workday.

Examples of tasks

• Assembly and production according to instructions
• Machine monitoring and handling
• Warehouse work, inbound and outbound deliveries, picking and packing
• Quality control according to set guidelines
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an efficient workflow

We are looking for you who

• Have previous experience from industrial, production, or warehouse work
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Are detail-oriented, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Have a strong work ethic, are punctual, and wish to develop in your professional role
• Have a high school diploma
• Hold forklift licenses A and B

Merits

• Experience with LEAN and/or 5S work
• Experience working as an assembler, machine operator, or in warehousing

Employment type

Upon matching with an assignment, you will be employed as a traveling consultant at Logent Staffing. The employment usually starts as a fixed-term contract, with good opportunities for extension or direct hire by the client depending on the nature of the assignment.

Working hours

Working hours vary between our assignments and can be scheduled during daytime, two-shift systems, or other shift patterns.
