Do you want to combine project management with practical improvement work in a modern production environment? We are now looking for an engaged Project Manager / Production Technician in Skövde who wants to help develop our processes, drive projects, and contribute to efficient and quality-focused production.

About the role

In this combined role, you will be responsible for leading and driving projects while working closely with operations to develop and improve production processes. You will become a key link between planning, technology, and production, contributing both structure and execution capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive projects within production and process development.
• Responsible for planning, costing, negotiation, procurement, and installation.
• Create, develop, and update work instructions and standards.
• Analyze and optimize assembly processes through time studies and balancing.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with quality routines.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvement work according to LEAN principles.
• Implement new methods, working practices, and technical solutions in production.
• Work with FMEA and follow-up on corrective actions.

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant technical education or equivalent experience.
• Has at least 2 years of experience in production technology and project management.
• Is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Has strong self-drive and takes responsibility for achieving results.
• Enjoys switching between strategic work and practical implementation.
• Is communicative and finds it easy to collaborate with different functions.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English.
