Job Responsibilities

The Traffic and Parks Department is looking for an independent grader operator. Your responsibilities will include, among other things, maintaining the municipality's road network through grading, both in winter and summer. The position also involves being on standby for snow and ice control, as well as performing other tasks related to the operation and maintenance of the municipality's infrastructure.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a suitable machine operator education at the upper secondary level or equivalent experience that the employer deems sufficient.

A valid operator's license for road graders and loaders is a requirement.

If you have any of the following competencies, it is considered an advantage:

• "Work on the Road" (APV 1.1, 1.2)
• Experience in snow and ice control
• Category C driver's license

As a person, you are quality-conscious, willing to help out in other professional areas, and eager to take initiative in your work. You should have an interest and commitment to the operations we conduct. Personal suitability will be given significant weight.
