Restaurang Severin at Varberg Coastal Hotel is looking for a morning-spirited and engaged Breakfast Manager to join our service team. Here, you will become an integral part of our continued focus on creating an absolute top-class breakfast experience. Every morning, we welcome hotel guests to a breakfast where hospitality and well-prepared food are at the center. As the Breakfast Manager, you work closely with the daily operations in the restaurant and in collaboration with the kitchen's breakfast manager. You lead and distribute tasks, ensure that service maintains a high standard, and create the conditions for both guests and colleagues to have a great start to the day. You have operational responsibility for a large team and play a key role in managing and developing the vision for our breakfast experience.

About You

Your primary focus is ensuring the guest gets a really great start to their day. You are social, attentive, and thrive in being the one who holds operations together when the pace picks up. You enjoy working closely with both guests and colleagues and have a natural ability to create structure, engagement, and joy in work around you. You lead by being present in the operations and enjoy working together with others to create a warm and professional experience for our guests.

Details

• Scope: 100%, permanent position with a 6-month probation period
• Start: Immediately
• Working hours: Every other weekend
• Salary: According to agreement
