We are currently looking for two experienced Building Permit Processors for a consultancy assignment with our client in Stockholm.

• Scope: Full-time (100%)
• Start: Immediately
• Duration: Until 2026-09-30

You will be employed by Poolia but work on-site at our client's premises. There are good opportunities for remote work upon agreement with the client.

About the role

Our client needs to bring in an additional resource to support the regular staff.

Main responsibilities

• Independent work based on guidelines and practice.
• Plan and follow up on cases.
• Investigate, review, and process building permit cases.

Who are you?

• Good experience working independently as a building permit processor, with at least two years of experience in building permit processing.
• Documented knowledge of the Administrative Procedure Act (Förvaltningslagen) and the Planning and Building Act (PBL).
• Very good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Relevant education for carrying out the assignment. The client reserves the right to assess what constitutes relevant education.
