Leröy Smögen Seafood AB is looking for more food operators for our facility in Kungshamn

We are a complete supplier of fish and shellfish products to both retail, restaurants, and the foodservice industry. Our production covers everything from fresh and frozen fish products to value-added delicacies such as smoked salmon, marinated shellfish, and flavorful salads.

About the role of Food Operator

In the role of Food Operator, you will work with several steps in the production chain – from preparation to finished product. Your tasks may include, among other things:

• Preparing and handling raw materials, e.g., loading onto smoking trolleys or curing
• Restocking materials such as raw materials, ingredients, and packaging
• Forklift operation and material transport
• Conducting quality controls and following hygiene and safety procedures
• Monitoring production, resolving any stoppages, and making adjustments as needed
• Participating in our continuous improvement work for even more efficient and sustainable production

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. You take initiative, are a good team player, and want to contribute to a positive work climate. Previous experience in food production is advantageous, but the most important thing is that you have the willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

A forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement – the right person will receive the necessary training.
