We are currently seeing increased demand from several of our industrial clients and are therefore looking for assemblers, operators, and warehouse staff for upcoming and ongoing assignments. The assignments vary depending on the client, but what they have in common is that you will become an important part of the production and contribute to work flowing efficiently and with high quality.

Your Responsibilities

The tasks may vary between our different assignments, but common duties include:

• Assembly of components and products according to drawings or instructions
• Work in production or assembly lines
• Operator work
• Quality control of finished products
• Material handling and replenishment of materials
• Warehouse management - packing and picking products
• Forklift driving may occur with some of our clients

The work is often done in teams where collaboration and attention to detail are important to achieve production goals.

Your Background/Personal Qualities

We are looking for you who are practical, meticulous, and thrive in a production environment. You preferably have previous experience from warehousing, assembly, or other work within industry or production, but most importantly, you have the right attitude and the desire to do a good job. Having a forklift license is meritorious as forklift driving may occur with some of our clients. As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and have an easy time collaborating with others. You work in a structured manner, have an eye for quality, and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team.

A B-driver's license and good ability to express yourself in Swedish are required.

The position is a consulting assignment where you are employed by Wikan Personal and work at one of our clients. For the right person, there are good opportunities to transition into direct employment with the client company after approximately six months, or alternatively, a permanent position with us at Wikan.
