About the role

Your main responsibilities include machine supervision, assembly, control/testing, and packing. The production is modern, and much of the work is performed by robots, but manual tasks are also involved.

We are looking for candidates for the following roles:

• Testers who test/ensure quality of finished products

• Press line operators

• Operators within automation/robot cells

• Assemblers

Since the need at the different stations may vary, we would appreciate it if you have the competence and willingness to work with all tasks.

The work may involve both day shifts and shift work.

About you

• Industrial/technical or practical education

• Computer literacy

• Experience with technical tasks, for example as an operator or similar

• Communicative in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks

• Merits: Forklift license, crane license, LEAN/5S

Regarding personal profile, we would like you to be someone who can:

• Work both independently and together with others in a work group.

• Follow routines, drive your work forward, and work to achieve set goals.

• Have good physical fitness, as the work may involve physical tasks such as heavy lifting.

• Ability to remain calm even in stressful or sudden situations.
