Ekets Group was founded in 2016 and consists of Ekets Precision and Ekets Uppåkra, two facilities with complementary competencies, backed by a shared organization. Ekets Precision (formerly Ekets Mekaniska) started its operations in 1977 in Eket, Scania, while Ekets Uppåkra (formerly Uppåkra Mekaniska), located in Skillingaryd in Småland, was established in 1948.

In 2022, the group expanded with Ekets Ullman AB in Alvesta, with roots in Torsten Ullman AB originally from Moheda, as well as Speedtool AB in Habo. With 480 employees, approximately 200 CNC machines, and all necessary ISO certifications, we are a partner you can trust.

Are you a meticulous and dedicated CNC operator looking to work in a modern and flexible production environment? At Ekets Precision, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a machine park featuring both manual and controlled machines, while becoming an integral part of a team that values quality and efficiency.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supervision and quality control of machines
• Reading technical drawings
• Material replenishment
• Turning
• Milling

As a CNC operator, you will join a larger production team where you will have an important role in ensuring efficient, high-quality operations. You will encounter a machine park with great flexibility, featuring a wide mix of both manual and controlled machines, mostly Heidenhain-based, but also other brands such as Okuma and Nakamura.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, quality-conscious, and meticulous in their approach. With the right attitude and a willingness to learn, there are excellent opportunities for professional development, as Ekets Precision is keen on training its staff.

• CNC operator education or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience as a CNC operator
• Experience in reading technical drawings and measurement techniques
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Counter/Reach truck license is an advantage

Start: Immediately, by agreement

The position is full-time, working three shifts.

Day shift: Mon–Thu 06:00–15:15, Fri 06:00–12:15

Evening shift: Mon–Thu 14:00–22:30, Fri 12:00–18:00

Night shift: Mon–Thu 20:00–06:30

This position may involve either direct recruitment where you are employed by Ekets Precision or an employment as a consultant through Temp-Team. As a consultant, you are covered by the applicable collective agreement and will have a dedicated consultant manager available to you throughout your assignment.
