Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for several park workers who want to join a positive and driven team. The work is varied, flexible, and dynamic. You will spend a significant amount of time outdoors. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for carrying out tasks correctly and safely. The role involves operating various garden machinery, and some tasks may be physically demanding.

As a park worker, your main duties will include:

• Grass mowing
• Weed control
• Hedge trimming
• Edging
• Planting, watering, and maintenance of plants
• Clean-up and leaf collection
• Snow removal, anti-icing, and sweeping

You will work together with your team to create pleasant and well-maintained outdoor environments.

Who you are and your qualifications

It is a requirement that you have documented experience in similar work.

You should have experience operating various types of garden, agricultural, and forestry machinery. You should be able to perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs independently during work shifts, even in the field.

You should be communicative, collaborative, and a team player. Being responsible and enjoying outdoor work are key traits.

Knowledge of plants and pruning, as well as training in chainsaws and brush cutters, is considered an advantage.
