ReGarden is looking for trained gardeners to join our operations in South Stockholm (Söderort).

This role is for you if you know the trade, take responsibility for your work, and enjoy delivering quality – every day.

As a Senior Gardener, you are a key part of the production and contribute to making daily operations run smoothly, both with customers and colleagues.

Job Description

As a Senior Gardener, your tasks include but are not limited to:

• Hedge trimming, weed control, and general garden maintenance
• Tree pruning and rejuvenation work, especially for fruit trees
• Planting and renewal of gardens
• Customer contact and working according to given priorities and routines

Depending on the assignment, you will work either:

• in a team, where you can take greater responsibility for planning and execution, or
• independently with contract clients, where you are responsible for the continuous maintenance and development of the clients' gardens throughout the season.

The role involves 8 hours of physical work each weekday and requires good structure, professional skill, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of documented experience in garden maintenance
• Have experience or training in tree pruning, especially fruit trees
• Hold a chainsaw license A or AB
• Hold a valid B driver’s license
• Have good physical fitness and are confident working at heights
• Are willing to take responsibility and develop in the role

Merits

• Experience in leading or mentoring others in the workplace
• Experience with contract clients and recurring maintenance
• Additional chainsaw licenses or specialized competence
