NOFO Hotel & Wine Bar is a family-owned hotel located in the most vibrant part of Södermalm. What is your role?

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are a supporting hand to our Housekeeping Manager for the housekeeping department and contribute to ensuring the highest quality is met in all parts of the hotel, as well as the public areas.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting rooms after check-out cleaning according to the hotel's standards.
• Ensuring cleaning quality.
• Reporting defects to the property management as needed.
• Creating cleaning lists and starting the day for the housekeeping department as needed.
• Training and developing new and existing employees.
• Participating in inventory and stock management as needed.
• Local and room cleaning may occur as needed.
• Participating in tasks related to laundry orders, being the main contact with the hotel's laundry supplier, and handling laundry orders.

In the role of Housekeeping Supervisor with us, it is a varied, fast-paced role where the conditions for how and when work is performed change over time. Therefore, you need to be flexible, engaged, and solution-oriented.

You work in a structured and efficient manner, even when the pace varies. You understand that workdays vary, and you are flexible in your working methods and not afraid to jump in yourself when needed. You need to be able to take ownership of your tasks, follow up on employees' work, be solution-oriented, and communicative. By taking time with the details, you ensure that our guests' wishes are fulfilled and that NOFO always maintains the highest desirable quality.

You master Swedish and English in speech and writing. At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping and leadership is meritorious.

The Position

The position is 50% and is a seasonal employment over the summer months into autumn, subject to agreement with a chance of extension. The position involves work during day and evening hours as well as weekends. Immediate start. You report to our Housekeeping Manager.
