About the assignment

A family in Liljeholmen with two children (ages 2 & 5) is seeking help with childcare approximately once a week, weekend shifts of 8 hours per shift - during daytime.

Since being a babysitter is a side job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we would like you to have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually consider around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all skill profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
