Tumba Riv & Sanering is a secure and stable family-owned company working with demolition, decontamination, and drilling. The company was founded in 2006 and has grown steadily alongside its customers over the years. Today, the company has approximately 20 employees and is based in Tullinge with machinery and administration.

We work throughout Greater Stockholm and often act as subcontractors for larger construction companies on ROT projects, stack replacements, and other renovation projects. Our customers choose us because we are reliable, maintain high quality, and leave the workplace clean and well-maintained.

We currently have a high workload and are therefore looking for more decontamination specialists with completed asbestos training who wish to become part of our team.

As a decontamination specialist, you will among other things:

• Perform common tasks related to asbestos decontamination.
• Work safely according to current routines, instructions, and safety requirements.
• Ensure that the workplace is clean, tidy, and in good condition when the work is completed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professional groups on the construction site.
• Contribute to the work being performed meticulously and meeting the quality expected by customers.

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for performing decontamination work in a safe, meticulous, and professional manner. In this role, it is important that you follow instructions, use the correct protective equipment, and work with great respect for the working environment and safety.

You are also responsible for order and cleanliness at the workplace. This is an important part of how Tumba Riv & Sanering works and something that customers value highly.

Desired profile:

• You have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
• You have completed asbestos training.
• You have good references from previous employers.
• You can speak and understand Swedish.

We are looking for you who:

Is orderly and meticulous; because the work requires you to follow routines and leave the workplace clean and safe.

Has a safety-conscious work approach; because asbestos decontamination requires focus, correct protection, and respect for regulations.

Is cooperative; because you often work close to colleagues and other professional groups on-site.

Merits if you have:

• Category B driver's license.
• Experience working in demolition, decontamination, or construction.

Other details:

Start: After summer 2026

Working hours: 07:00–16:00.

Location: Work sites around the Stockholm area.

Employment type: Full-time, permanent. We apply a 6-month probation period.

Salary: According to the Construction Industry Agreement.
