About the role

As a painter at Bilmånsson, you will become an important part of our team, which currently consists of three employees. You will handle the entire painting process – from preparation to the finished result.

The role involves working on collision-damaged passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, where you are responsible for ensuring high quality at every step. You will work in a team where collaboration, quality, and development are in focus.

We work with modern and efficient products, including from Glasurit, and always strive to deliver a professional result to our customers.

Your main responsibilities

• Plastic repairs, for example of bumpers
• Preparation work prior to painting
• Painting work, from minor details to full resprays
• Ensure quality and precision in all stages
• Contribute to good collaboration and a strong team spirit

Profile

We are looking for you who have experience in painting work and a strong commitment to quality and results. You thrive in a role where you work both independently and as part of a team.

We would prefer that you have:

• Documented experience in passenger car painting
• A few years of experience from the industry
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required

Employment type, scope, and location

The position is a permanent full-time employment. The location is at Bilmånsson's Damage Center in Ystad.

Start date is by agreement.
