About the position:

We are currently looking for you who want to work in the food industry as a Process Operator for our client in Malmö. In this role, you will work practically with batches in production, package raw materials, prepare products according to recipes, as well as date mark and weigh raw materials for both automatic and manual filling. The work is physically demanding and involves a lot of movement and lifting, which means you need to be in good physical shape. You will also work in a production environment where the temperature varies between approximately +6°C and +25°C, and sometimes even warmer.

The working hours will initially be during the day, but in the long run, permanent afternoon shifts may become an option.

Day shift: 06:45 – 15:45 (1 hour break)

Afternoon shift: 15:30 – 02:00 (1 hour break)

Location: Malmö

Start: Immediately

Requirements for the position:

• Previous work experience in the process industry
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Ability to work the specified hours
• Driver's license and access to a car

Merits for the position:

• Knowledge of hygiene standards
• Previous experience with weighing/reading recipes
• Forklift license A+B

Personal qualities:

As a person, you are ambitious, not afraid to put in effort, and accustomed to a high pace. You are physically strong and are willing to work in a heavier environment. You should be able to collaborate with your colleagues. You must have a strong work ethic and a good ability to work independently and take responsibility for daily tasks.

A driver's license and access to a car are required for commuting to and from the workplace.
