About the role

We are currently looking for machine operators for our client in Ängelholm. The role involves full-time work in a dynamic and varied production environment, with working hours Monday–Friday on a two-shift system. Here you will have the opportunity to develop, learn new tasks, and contribute to efficient production. The position offers good development opportunities and long-term stability. For the right person, and if it suits both parties, there is an opportunity for the company to take over the employment directly.

Main responsibilities

As a machine operator for our client, you will be involved in the entire production process, from material preparation to the finished product. You are responsible for producing high-quality labels and ensuring that the machines run smoothly through monitoring and adjustments. You refill materials, organize the production flow, and carefully check the quality of the finished products. The work is varied and offers great opportunities for development, trying new tasks, and contributing to efficient and quality-conscious production work. Examples of tasks:

• Participate in the production of high-quality labels
• Monitor and adjust equipment, refill materials, and ensure a smooth flow
• Quality control of finished products

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a careful person, take responsibility for your work, and have an eye for detail. You have a genuine technical interest and enjoy collaborating with others, while maintaining a humble and positive attitude in everything you do. Experience from production or graphic operations is meritorious but absolutely not a requirement. We value your attitude, your engagement, and your willingness to learn more than the number of years of experience. Requirements for the role:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Technical understanding and interest
• Experience in fine mechanics
• Valid driver's license
