About the assignment

The family needs help during daytime on weekends as well as weekday evenings. The help is sporadic but flexible with timeframes. The family has four children (ages 3, 5, 8, and 9).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.

Upon employment as a nanny with us, we require a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record).
