About the assignment / Om uppdraget

The family is seeking help 1-2 times a week during evenings between 17:00-20:00. The child is 2 years old.

Since being a nanny is a side job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or part-time work. To ensure a long-term relationship, we ask that you have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
• Overtime and public holiday supplements
• Opportunity for a permanent contract with guaranteed hours
• Opportunity for continued work within the group

Upon employment as a nanny with us, we require a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record).
