We are looking for someone who wants to become a secure and important part of a family's daily life!

The family is warm, easygoing, and caring, living centrally in Stockholm – two adults and their 1-year-old child who attends preschool. We are now looking for a reliable, responsible, and positive person who wants to work with them part-time (approx. 80%) and sees this as a long-term collaboration.

For the family, it is important to find someone who not only helps out in the home but also wants to become a natural and appreciated part of their daily routine.

About the role

In this role, you will become an important part of making the family's daily life run smoothly and harmoniously. Your tasks are varied and include among other things:

Childcare You pick up the child from preschool and take care of them in the afternoons. If needed (e.g., during sick leave for the child), you are responsible for the whole day. We are looking for someone who is secure, present, and attentive – you enjoy playing, reading, singing, and finding activities, both indoors and outdoors. You have a natural sense for children's needs and development.

Cooking You are responsible for cooking dinner for the family. They appreciate simple, nutritious, and delicious home-cooked meals. You do not need to be a trained chef, but you should enjoy cooking and have an interest in good ingredients and balanced meals.

Light housekeeping You help keep the home tidy through light cleaning, tidying up, dishes, and laundry as needed. They have external cleaning help for deep cleaning, so the focus is on keeping daily life running smoothly.

Working hours and employment

The position is approximately 80% on average, with a flexible setup. Some weeks may involve more working hours (e.g., during business trips), while other weeks are quieter.

The working hours are primarily during daytime Monday–Friday, but they would appreciate it if you could be flexible on occasional occasions, such as evenings or weekends.

There is also the possibility of accompanying them on international trips a few times a year. Naturally, they cover travel, accommodation, and compensation for the entire period.

Salary, start date, and other terms are subject to agreement.

About you

• Enjoy cooking and creating a cozy home environment
• Speak Swedish fluently
