Assistant Nurse for Dialysis and Kidney Clinic in Bollnäs
At the dialysis and kidney clinic in Bollnäs, you will meet patients with kidney disease who come for regular visits for dialysis or clinic appointments. Among our staff are assistant nurses, nurses, and doctors.

Job Responsibilities
As an assistant nurse, you play a vital role in our unit. Here, you are part of the team and will work closely with patients providing care, and you are expected to take significant responsibility for your tasks.

- Be a certified assistant nurse
- Have experience in care work

Information about the title "Assistant Nurse"
As of July 1, 2023, "assistant nurse" became a protected professional title. This means that you will need a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title assistant nurse within healthcare and social care. You can apply for the certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare. If you do not have a certificate, you can continue to work within healthcare and social care, but with a different title than assistant nurse. At Region Gävleborg, this means that the title in your employment contract will be "care assistant" until your certificate is submitted.
