About the role
We are looking for a Service Advisor for Audi Kista. A requirement for this role is that you hold an Automaster certification. The position involves direct customer contact within the service process, responsibility for customer flow, and coordination between the customer, workshop, and dealership. You will be a key link in creating an efficient, secure, and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and greet customers regarding service cases with a high level of service.
- Plan and book service and repair cases in the system.
- Communicate technical information and time estimates between the customer and the workshop.
- Provide recommendations regarding service and warranty issues, as well as handle complaints.
- Follow up on ongoing cases and ensure that promises made to the customer are kept.
- Collaborate with sales, parts, and technicians to optimize customer processes.
- Report deviations and contribute to improvement work.
Qualifications:
- Automaster certification is a requirement.
- Experience from an authorized brand workshop or similar service organization.
- Good technical understanding and experience communicating technical information to customers.
- Experience with administration and booking systems within vehicle service.
- Service-oriented, structured, and skilled at prioritization.
- Good communication skills and experience working in teams.
- Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience specifically with Audi or Volkswagen Group processes.
- Knowledge of insurance and warranty handling.
- Experience in customer care within the premium segment.
