Job Information

As a Service Manager, you are responsible for planning and coordinating short-term service and maintenance assignments within the distribution network, in both overhead line and underground cable environments, across various voltage levels. The role is largely administrative, based out of the office in Borås. You ensure that the right materials, resources, and conditions are in place before technicians head out, and you follow up on assignments in the system with a focus on clarity, quality, and safety.

The work involves close contact with technicians, suppliers, and clients, where you act as the hub ensuring order, planning, and documentation. You are employed by Sodajo Consulting and work as a consultant for our client in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

You plan and coordinate service assignments for the power grid, creating a clear workflow from start to finish. You ensure material needs and resources are met, monitor schedules, and handle documentation in various systems. You report on assignment status and maintain active dialogue with field technicians and clients to ensure work is carried out according to requirements for time, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone with technical understanding and experience from the electricity or energy sector, such as a technician, installer, planner, or in an administrative role with a technical focus.
• Upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electricity or power engineering.
• You are computer literate and thrive with system support as a natural part of your workday.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Supervisory experience is meritorious but not a requirement. Most importantly, you are curious, responsible, and have a structured approach to work!
