C-License Truck Driver at Avfallskonsulten – For those who want to take responsibility and grow in a strong team

At Avfallskonsulten i Huvudstaden AB, we continue to grow and are now looking for a C-License truck driver who wants to become part of an engaged and hardworking team.

This is a role for you who are used to taking responsibility, enjoy working independently but also appreciate teamwork – and who wants to learn something new.

You do not need prior experience in the recycling industry. However, if you have experience driving vehicles requiring a C-License, for example in distribution, this is a plus.

Avfallskonsulten is a young and ambitious company challenging the major players in the waste and recycling industry. Since our founding in 2019, we have had a clear goal: to create smarter, more efficient, and more customer-centric solutions in waste management.

We operate from Skrubba in Stockholm, where we have our warehouse, offices, and fleet all in one location. Here, decision-making paths are short, engagement is high, and every employee contributes to the company's development.

Responsibilities

As a C-License truck driver with us, you will among other things:

• Drive trucks/refuse collection vehicles to collect recyclables and waste from our customers
• Handle collections of packaging & bulky waste
• Transport materials to various waste and recycling facilities
• Have daily customer contact and represent the company on-site
• Contribute to order, quality, and an efficient workflow in daily operations

The work is varied and practical, involving both driving and physical tasks.

• Has a C-License and a valid YKB (Certificate of Professional Competence)
• Takes responsibility, is reliable, and has a strong work ethic
• Wants to learn a new field and develop together with the company
• Thrives working both independently and in a team
• Has a professional and service-oriented attitude

The work can be physically demanding, so it is important that you are in good physical shape and are not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed.
