The role involves leading and executing large-scale contracting projects, where you have overall responsibility for both planning and execution in close collaboration with the client and internal project management. The position requires significant independent responsibility, focusing on ensuring that projects are carried out according to established schedules and that requirements for documentation, quality assurance, and self-inspections are met. Between contracting projects, service and installation assignments are also included, contributing to a varied and developing workday.

The position is home-based. During contracting projects, you generally follow the project's working hours, unless otherwise agreed with the client. Weekly meetings are held once a week at the office in Solna.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Several years of experience as a leading security technician or team leader.
• Experience with low-voltage systems, access control systems, and contracting projects.
• Knowledge of door automation and door control.
• Experience with relevant systems such as iLOQ, Axema, and Rekyl.
• Experience working with self-inspections and technical documentation.
• Skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid B-driver's license.
