3 Positions Available

Do you want a meaningful job where you really make a difference – every day? In the home care service in central Landvetter, you meet people in their daily lives and contribute to security, independence, and quality of life. With us, you work in an engaged team with close proximity to both colleagues and users – plus, you have convenient commuting thanks to good bus connections, where the express bus X6 takes you directly to and from Gothenburg in about 20 minutes.

We primarily seek you who are trained as a nursing assistant, and secondarily, we seek you who are not yet trained but are open to training and are otherwise suitable for work within healthcare. We are looking for 1–3 assistants/nursing assistants for our unit in central Landvetter.

Your Responsibilities

Your task with us is to provide our users with secure and good care, support in daily life, and an stimulating leisure time. Your main tasks will be supporting the user at home with daily hygiene, social interaction, activities, escorting to doctors/community visits, as well as certain health and medical interventions based on the users' individual needs. Your work also includes daily chores such as cleaning, meal support, laundry, etc.

You will work day/evening shifts and every other weekend.

Joint Planning (Samplanering)

Härryda Municipality works to increase the basic staffing and reduce the need for hourly employment. Joint planning means that you have a home unit but can also work shifts at other units within the municipality if needed. The purpose is to ensure continuity and secure care for the users, while you as an employee get variety, broader experience, and opportunities for competence development. Introduction is provided so that you feel secure.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within healthcare and social care
• Category B driver's license
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both oral and written
• Good digital competence, preferably experience with social documentation
• Ability to receive, perform, and follow delegated healthcare tasks (HSL)
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility in daily work
