About the role:

As a Field Sales Representative at BE Group, you will become an important part of our sales team, responsible for selling our products and services to customers in the East Region. You will work on developing existing customer relationships and actively creating new business opportunities for the workshop industry, construction companies, and manufacturing industry in the Värmland district.

You have independent responsibility for the customer portfolio and budget, following the deal all the way – from planning and initial contact to contract negotiation, closing, and follow-up. The role also involves acting as technical support for your customers.

In the role, you will:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and process new customers and business opportunities
  • Work actively in the field through customer visits and understanding customer needs
  • Act as technical support and advisor to customers
  • Drive the entire sales process from planning to closing and follow-up
  • Be responsible for achieving set goals

We are looking for you who:

We are looking for someone who thrives in an independent and varied role where you get to drive complex deals from start to finish. You are motivated by creating results, building relationships, and developing business. You have several years of experience in B2B sales and are accustomed to independently driving new customer acquisition and creating business from scratch, and are confident in your role as a field sales representative.

We see that you have:

  • High school education. Post-secondary education in sales, technology, or marketing is meritorious
  • Experience in B2B sales and proactive sales. Experience selling to construction, industry, or materials is meritorious
  • Good familiarity with business systems and digital tools
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

You work from a home office and are residing in Karlstad and surrounding areas, but are expected to work regularly from our office in Karlstad.

  • Location: Karlstad and surrounding areas
  • Scope: Full-time
  • Business travel is included, both during the day and overnight. Therefore, you are offered a company car.
