In the role of Order Coordinator, you take overall responsibility for the order chain, from the initial customer contact through to delivery and invoicing. You work in a dynamic environment where you ensure high quality at all stages through diligence and proactive communication. By acting as a link between external customers and internal departments, you solve operational challenges while contributing to optimizing routines and working methods for increased efficiency. The role requires a high degree of structure and the ability to handle complex flows with precision.

Responsibilities
As an Order Support Specialist, your main areas of responsibility will include:
- Full responsibility and administration of the order cycle from receipt to final delivery.
- Primary point of contact for customers and internal departments.
- Proactive handling of complex customer cases with a focus on high service levels.
- Continuous development and optimization of daily work processes and routines.
Qualifications
To be considered for the role, we look for the following competencies:
- Post-secondary education in logistics, economics, supply chain, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant work experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain.
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Very strong administrative skills and experience working in various business systems.
- Analytical and solution-oriented with a natural ability to build customer relationships.
- Experience working in an international corporate culture is a plus.
