We are looking for a new colleague who wants to be part of our team at the Building and Environment Unit in Årjäng. You will work in close collaboration with other case handlers at the unit. The Building and Environment Unit is part of the Community Planning Department, where we enjoy a fun work environment, strong cohesion, and good morale. We hope you want to join us!

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work as a Building Permit Case Handler with associated tasks within building permits, such as decision-making according to legislation, advisory services, technical consultations, site visits, supervision, and processing of shoreline protection dispensations.

The work is varied and involves both office and field work. We are close to political leadership and decision-makers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • We are looking for you who have a suitable university education, at least a bachelor's degree, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You are welcome to have good knowledge of current legislation such as PBL, MB, etc.
  • As a person, you have good cooperation skills, but you should also be able to independently drive work forward.
  • The role of Building Permit Case Handler involves many contacts with other people, which requires that you can express yourself well in both speech and writing.
  • Enjoy driving development work.
  • Have the ability to build trusting relationships, within and outside an organization.
  • The tasks include being able to make objective assessments as a basis for various decisions, and we therefore place great emphasis on personal suitability.
  • A valid B driver's license is a requirement.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent.
Working hours: Daytime.
