Swedish Neoplan and Lion's Trucks are currently undergoing a major transformation where electrified vehicles are the new normal!

Now you have the opportunity to help further develop the competence at these workshops, their authorized partners, and customers! Swedish Neoplan has, as of now, delivered over 800 fully electric buses in Sweden. They have also delivered their first fully electric trucks – the MAN eTruck!

About the role of Technical Trainer

You will become part of a creative and engaged team called Service & Support, consisting of fifteen wonderful colleagues, but you will work closely with our two existing technical trainers and our Market Training Manager.

Your main focus will be to conduct high-quality theoretical and practical training with great engagement. You will be involved in designing, developing, and improving our training concept with a focus on creating learning. You care about quality and constantly strive for satisfied participants who achieve the training goals.

In this role, you will

• Be involved in planning upcoming trainings.
• Participate in "Train the Trainer" courses, usually virtually or on-site in Germany.
• Prepare, develop, and improve your own course material based on MAN literature.
• Conduct technical training throughout the country at our own workshops, our authorized partners, and our customers.

We are looking for someone who has

• The ability to work independently with support from managers and colleagues.
• Deep technical knowledge with extensive experience as a technician/mechanic from the automotive industry.
• A pedagogical understanding and the ability to adapt your way of conveying messages/information.
• A strong drive, is outgoing, and has an easy time communicating with people.
• An interest in developing course material, exercises, and methodology in our trainings.
• Previous experience of training within vehicle technology (guidance, coaching, trainer).
• Good computer skills and self-sufficient in the Office package – PowerPoint is no problem for you.
• The ability to speak and write fluently in Swedish and English (German is an advantage).
• Category B driver's license (Category C and/or D is an advantage).

You are humble in your approach, structured in your work methods, and flexible when conditions change. With a strong service focus, you always strive to create good relationships and deliver high quality. You take responsibility for your tasks, work independently, and keep your cool even in stressful situations.

About the position

You will base yourself from the headquarters in Kungens Kurva; travel is part of the job. The position is a 100% permanent employment. We apply a six-month probation period as well as individual salary setting and good benefits. You will be employed by Swedish Neoplan. The position is expected to start no earlier than August 10, 2026.
