CityMail delivers mail and parcels to approximately 6 million private individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues in Visby/Gotland.

We are looking for you who:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Have good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Enjoy physical work.
• Are comfortable driving vehicles for which you hold a valid license (bicycle, moped, car).

Having a Category B driver's license or a moped license is a plus. Experience in similar roles is also advantageous, but we value your commitment, attention to detail, and positive attitude above all. Your personal qualities are therefore crucial during the recruitment process.

What does a typical workday look like?

The operations run on weekdays, excluding holidays. Working hours are between 07:00 and 16:30.

• The day begins with preparations for the day's deliveries, where you and your colleagues sort mail and parcels.
• Next, you head out to deliver mail in the assigned area. We primarily use electric bikes, but depending on your route, you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle.
• Once all mail and parcels have been delivered, you return to the office to handle administration and prepare for the next day's work.

Employment Type

This is a hourly position where each shift constitutes a fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and durations depending on the day and operational needs. We prefer candidates who are available to work up to full-time hours during the day. The employment begins with an introduction to ensure you have the best conditions for success.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to the collective agreement. A salary ladder applies to both permanent and hourly employees. Starting salary is 150 SEK/hour (including 12% vacation pay), which corresponds to 134 SEK/hour excluding vacation pay.
