About the role

As Cabin Crew at Brommaflyg, you are responsible for safety on board and work independently as single crew, meaning you work alone in the cabin. The role involves close contact with passengers, where you are responsible for creating a safe, professional, and pleasant experience throughout the flight.

You will be an important part of the entire customer experience, from boarding to arrival, with safety always being the top priority. The role requires you to be solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and confident in making your own decisions. You should be comfortable meeting different types of travelers and addressing everyone's needs on board.

The position is broad and varied, with customer service and office work also being a natural part of the daily routine. Evening and weekend work occurs, and working hours vary depending on the traffic schedule and the company's needs.

About Brommaflyg

After BRA ceased flying between Visby and Bromma in January 2025, there was a strong demand from both Gotlanders and mainland Swedes for a restart on the route. A number of Gotland-based companies joined forces to form Brommaflyg. On October 26, 2025, the first plane took off from Visby to Bromma Airport. On April 2, 2026, we also began flying direct between Visby and Gothenburg.

We are looking for you who

• Are swim competent and can swim at least 200 meters
• Enjoy working independently
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills
• Are service-oriented and professional in interactions with people
• Are flexible and enjoy varied tasks
• Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
• Have a clean criminal record
• Are at least 20 years old

Previous experience as Cabin Crew is an advantage.

As part of the recruitment process, you will undergo a security check, which will include a background check.

Location

Base in Visby. You must be able to get to Visby Airport at all hours of the day.

As Cabin Crew, you will be employed directly by Brommaflyg (Flyglinjen Gotland AB) and work together with pilots from Nyx Air.

Upon employment, you will be paid during the training period, which lasts approximately 3 weeks. The training takes place in Visby, Stockholm, and Tallinn.
