WeStaff is now looking for a Category B driver for a full-time position with a well-known transport company with a terminal and operations in Visby, Gotland. We are looking for you who have experience working night shifts.

This is a job for you who want to build competence, work in a serious team, and be part of an operation where every task counts.

• Consultancy assignment, with a chance for direct employment with our client
• Full-time, night shift – Monday to Friday, 02:00–11:00
• Start: Immediately, as agreed

About the job

As a parcel van driver and Category B driver, you deliver parcels from the terminal to shops, offices, small businesses, and private individuals. The driver role is a social job where you meet both customers and colleagues throughout the day. You drive both in the city and in the countryside. Your day starts late at night when you sort parcels and plan your route for the night. As a driver, you work night hours and have weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Driving parcel vans and light trucks
• Loading parcels
• Providing good service to customers
• Handling all shipments digitally using a handheld device

Who we are looking for

This is suitable for you who are confident in your professional role and take responsibility for your work, and who have experience working night shifts.

Requirements:

• Category B driver's license
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Local knowledge of the area is considered an advantage.

As a person, we prefer that you are service-oriented and self-motivated. You are cooperative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We highly value good customer relationships.
