Are you a car enthusiast with experience in the automotive industry, or a service advisor looking for new challenges? Then this position might be just what you're looking for!

The role of Service Advisor will have a strong focus on customer contact, which will be a recurring part of the entire workday. Your tasks may include helping customers with questions about car parts, advising on various service jobs, and handling administrative duties such as creating work orders and ordering spare parts.

About the position:

• Receive customers when dropping off and picking up vehicles.
• Prepare cost estimates and provide price information.
• Communicate with technicians to follow up on work orders.
• Ensure that the correct spare parts and services are offered to the customer.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers to inform them about the status of their vehicle.
• Administer bookings, quotes, and invoices.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good familiarity with at least one of the following systems: KOBRA, CABAS, or WINASSIST.
• Has relatively good knowledge of spare parts.
• Brings technical knowledge about passenger cars.
• Works in a structured manner.
• Holds a valid manual B driver's license.

The position is full-time with working hours during daytime, Monday to Friday.
