Goods Receiver for Warehouse in Jakobsberg

We at Simplex are now looking for a Goods Receiver for one of our clients in Jakobsberg. This position suits you if you thrive in an active work environment and want to be part of a well-functioning warehouse team.

About the Role

As a Goods Receiver, you are responsible for handling the incoming flow of goods correctly and efficiently. You receive deliveries, ensure that goods and documentation match, and register incoming items in the business system. The role requires both precision and a high work pace.

You will work independently on your tasks while maintaining close contact with colleagues in warehouse and logistics to ensure a smooth workflow in the operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming goods.
• Ensure that deliveries match waybills and other documentation.
• Register articles and deliveries in the business system.
• Handle picking, sorting, and placement of goods in the warehouse.
• Operate reach trucks during inbound deliveries and warehouse management.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who works in a structured manner and takes responsibility for their tasks. You are used to working at a high pace without compromising on quality and enjoy combining practical work with administrative duties.

You have experience from warehouse or logistics operations and feel confident working independently. Experience with order processing or similar administrative tasks is a plus.

Experience with reach trucks and inbound deliveries is a requirement for the position.

Requirements

• Truck license A+B.
• Documented experience operating reach trucks.
• Experience with inbound/outbound deliveries or similar warehouse work.
• Ability to plan and execute work independently.

Merits

• Class B driver's license.

Additional Information

• Working hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:00.
• Location: Jakobsberg.
• Start: Immediately or as agreed.
• Employment type: Full-time.
