As a maintenance mechanic at Jästbolaget, you work to maintain high technical availability. This is achieved through preventive maintenance and repairs of packaging machines, valves, pumps, and other process equipment. The work area covers the entire facility, from raw material reception and utilities, through the process and packaging, to the evaporator for wastewater.

You are part of a team of seven people with competencies in mechanics, electrical, control systems, and utilities. The work is mostly independent with close collaboration with adjacent departments, and working hours are typically during the day with flexibility. On-call duty and weekend shifts are included in the role.

We are looking for you who have strong drive and technical education, as well as several years of documented work experience in production maintenance. Experience from the food industry is an advantage. You have the ability to teach your knowledge to facilitate the operator's own troubleshooting. Furthermore, you speak and write fluent Swedish and have basic English skills.

As a person, you are goal- and result-oriented. You enjoy varied tasks and can work independently and take initiative. At the same time, you are unpretentious, easy to collaborate with, and contribute to a good work climate. You are also stress-resistant and meticulous.
