Job Description

For a short-term assignment of 3–4 months with our client, we are looking for a working foreman with experience in workforce leadership and management within a facility operations organization. The role involves supporting the leadership team in a maintenance and operations organization that manages several rental properties in Stockholm.

Working hours: 07:00–16:00 from the office (office location may vary within Stockholm)

Start date: Immediately

Responsibilities

Daily operational leadership: Plan, distribute, and follow up on daily work orders for property caretakers and maintenance technicians in the field.
Emergency handling: Quickly prioritize and structure incoming fault reports and operational issues regarding the rental properties.
Operational support: Act as the group manager's right-hand person and provide hands-on leadership support, allowing the manager to focus on the broader aspects of newly initiated assignments.

Qualifications

Upper secondary education and/or vocational training focused on facility operations or management, or equivalent competence acquired through other means.
Several years of work experience in property maintenance.
Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles.
Experience with administrative tasks.
Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Experience in leadership roles similar to this position.
