The Assignment

In the role of Concrete Foreman, you are responsible for leading and distributing the work, as well as ensuring that the project's schedule and budget are maintained while preserving quality. This is a developmental role where you, on both an operational and strategic level, drive and develop employees, processes, and the work environment in collaboration with other functions in the company. You have at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure or construction projects, including at least 2–3 years as a foreman for concrete/construction contracts.

Competencies

We are looking for a driven, decisive, and communicative leader with good overall vision and the ability to lead groups and distribute work. Furthermore, you have:

• Documented experience in a similar role with complex concrete/construction contracts where several technical parts work together.
• Purchasing.
• AMA (Swedish construction industry standard).
• Regulation.
• Project economics and scheduling.
• At least Concrete Class 2, preferably Concrete Class 1.

Advantageous is a technical education from university or university college, as well as experience of personnel responsibility in previous positions. You should also have experience and be able to handle the most common digital tools on the market.
